Find a Doula

DAMA is happy to provide the following list of birth and postpartum doulas to expectant and
new parents in Western North Carolina.  The doulas below are arranged alphabetically, so
please make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom to see everyone's unique bio!
Please note that the bio list rotates from bottom to top on a weekly basis.

We recommend contacting several doulas via email or phone to get general information about
their availability around your due date, as well as their training, experience, services, and
fees. We suggest that both you and your partner interview two or three doulas face-to-face to
decide which one is most compatible with your family and your birth or postpartum needs.  If
you'd like a guide to help you get started with a doula interview, please click here.
